Elevate Your Spirit,
Empower Your Body.
FAITH-INSPIRED BROTHERHOOD FOR MEN DRIVEN BY PURPOSE –IN FITNESS, FAMILY, AND LIFE.

Most men settle for surface-level connection. Most faith communities play it safe. We don’t.
Abid3 isn’t a brand—it’s a movement of men training their bodies, minds, and spirits to lead with strength in a world that’s grown soft.
Join the few who choose the narrow road.
It's not just about getting stronger. It's about getting in alignment and taking bold action in a world that wants us passive.
We’ve seen firsthand what prayer can do—break chains, restore families, and ignite faith in the darkest moments.
This is a space to boldly share your needs, declare gratitude, and let others lift you up in faith.
One of the rare few born, raised, and still rooted in South Florida, David Friend owns a thriving company in Palm Beach where he serves as a consultant for high-end development and construction projects. Known for his strong character and unwavering integrity, Dave approaches every task—big or small—with diligence and humility. Whether it’s giving up his Saturday to beautify his church grounds or sharing scripture in the gym, he seizes every opportunity to serve. Though his path wasn’t always straight, Dave found his footing in Christ, a journey he openly shares to guide others toward God. When not working, he stays active, taking on grueling challenges like long kayak trips or multi-day backpacking trips. A disciple of Christ, David is a devoted husband and a present father to one young warrior.
If anyone forces you to go one mile go with them two.
Matthew 5:41
Bred and buttered in Louisville, Kentucky, Ben Schenk moved to South Florida in 2016, where he works as a landscape architect at a luxury design firm in Jupiter. Alongside his career, he invests in real estate and alongside his wife, owns Proyecto 31, a digital marketing agency focused on building up local businesses. Inspired by his father’s example, Ben embodies a tireless work ethic, striving for excellence and surrounding himself with those who challenge him to grow. In 2012, at his lowest point, Ben encountered Jesus on the side of the road—a life-saving moment he now shares to bring hope to others battling depression. He believes society’s message about masculinity has grown confusing, but God’s true calling for men is neither confusing nor toxic. When not working or leading classes at his church, Ben enjoys being active outdoors and pushing himself physically. A man in relentless but imperfect pursuit of Christ, Ben is a devoted husband and loving father to his little princess.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
